Jalapeno poppers are so Keto and super delicious for a quick snack or even as an appetizer when your friends are around. That’s the thing about being on Keto, you can still entertain and feed your friends healthy and tasty treat without them noticing :-). You just need about three ingredients and 30 minutes, 15 of which your air fryer will do the work. We love our air fryer but a similar outcome can be achieved from the oven. Prepped and completed in about 20 minutes.
3 jalapenos, halved lengthwise with seeds and membranes removed.
6 slices of bacon
½ cup of cheddar cheese
Step one: Prepare Oven or Air Fryer
Preheat oven or air fryer to 400 degrees F. If using a oven, cover a baking sheet with foil
Step two: Stuff and Wrap those Poppers
Fill each jalapeno half with cream cheese and wrap with a slice of bacon.
Step three: Bake or Air Fry
If using oven, arrange on baking sheet and if using airfyer, place in air fryer.
Bake in oven/ air fryer for 15 minutes as the bacon should be crispy.
